NorthStar Association Management officially launched February 2, offering full-service association management and outsourced, project-based support for associations seeking experienced, hands-on partnerships.
Built for mission-driven organizations that value flexibility and impact, NorthStar works closely with boards, volunteers, and association professionals to provide full-service management as well as outsourced and fractionalized support for associations of any size. This includes interim and short-term staffing, membership strategy and campaigns, conference planning and execution, vendor and partner management, marketing and communications, and non-dues revenue and sales initiatives.
The firm’s model is designed to meet associations where there are, if they need long-term management, short-term expertise, or additional capacity during periods of transition or growth. This allows associations to access senior-level expertise without making a permanent hire or committing to a full-service management transition.

She is joined by a senior leadership team with decades of association management experience, including Sheila Curry, a seasoned association executive with more than 30 years of experience; Valerie J. Cammiso, CAE, who brings over 25 years of experience leading member-driven organizations across healthcare, professional services, and nonprofit foundations; and Kim Chhabria, whose 20-plus years of experience span growth strategy, marketing, membership, meetings, education, and innovation. Together, the team delivers senior-level leadership through a boutique, hands-on model.
